Your employees are your most valuable assets. Just like other resources in your company, if you don’t take necessary steps to maximize their efficiency, they will ultimately, not be able to operate at their full potential. It goes for the same reason why you oil your tools before using them, you’re making it easier for them to run smoothly. The same goes for your employees, you need to provide them with the “oil” they need to perform optimally.
