Service Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age –or older– as of the date of first access thereof. If you are still a minor (which may depend on the jurisdiction where you reside), you cannot access our products and services, even under the direct supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Breez does not knowingly collect any kind of information from persons under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn or have reason to suspect that any user is under the age of thirteen (13), we will delete any PI under that user’s account.
Collection of Information: We aim to collect, use and disclose only such information as is required to enable us to manage your account, to provide the Service, to maintain our customer/visitor lists, to respond to your inquiries or provide feedback, for identification and authentication purposes and for service improvement. We will maintain the confidentiality of any contact information you provide to us on signing up for our Service or contacting us with questions or for further information and we will use it only for the purposes for which we have collected it (subject to the exclusions and disclosures we have listed below), unless you agree that we may disclose it to other third parties.
“Personal Information” means personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, birth date and gender. At the time of collection, we will clearly identify the information being collected and the purposes for which it will be used. For others, such as and Facebook, this information will only be shared with your explicit permission or if you choose to share it via your mobile device’s settings.
You can remove the App’s access to your device location at any time by changing your privacy settings on your device, as a result, you may not be able to access certain features of the App. Location data will be available to the Account Owner.
Time Tracking: You may use the time tracking functionality in the App to track how many hours are logged for your work day. Such information will be made available to the Account Owner.
Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we will keep you up to date on our products and services. You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions in each communication.
Mobile Devices: When you access our Services via a mobile device, we will use your mobile device ID (i.e. the unique identifier assigned to a mobile device by the manufacturer) and/or Advertising ID (for Apple iOS 6 and later) instead of cookies in order to recognize you, track the number of relevant ads displayed, their performance and display.
Statistics: We also collect statistics about use of the Service which we use for analytics including predictive analytics. Aggregate statistics that do not personally identify an individual will be kept by us and such aggregate statistics may be made available to other members or third parties.

Billing information, such as credit or debit card number, expiration date & security code and/or information regarding the user’s digital payment accounts, is treated by such platforms, and not Breez.
